The Regional Director of Operations is an integral role within our organization. The RDO supports and mentors our local clinical leaders to continuously ensure the success of each location within their region. This position requires regular travel within the specified region. The RDO will also treat patients for a portion of each week.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall clinical operation of the region, including ensuring quality patient care, quality customer service, and growth/development of new and existing locations.
• Manage & oversee clinical success metrics to achieve clinical goals, strategic objectives, and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Mentor/coach/guide local Clinic Directors on success metrics and how to maximize each patient visit.
• Mentor/coach/guide local Clinic Directors on multi-disciplinary outpatient rehabilitation model, allowing for patients to benefit from all specialties offered.
• Execute the successful launch of new practice locations to ensure business growth.
• Work closely with talent acquisition to interview and hire new PT staff and clinical leadership.
• Monitor clinical metrics of each location, and set appropriate objectives to foster improved performance.
• Ensure ethical and appropriate physical therapy billing practices.
• Ensure patient satisfaction scores meet company standards.
• Increase patient referrals through value driven care.
• Manage coverage calendar for PTO & clinical sick days.
• Regular travel within designated region.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience within an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• 3+ years’ multi-site managerial experience.
• P&L and Financials experience.
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Must possess an active NJ Physical Therapist License.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Sense of ownership and self-accountability.
• Proven ability to successfully manage a team.
• A flexible and adaptable multitasker.
• Able to travel regularly within a specified region
