We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Advanced Tanker Engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional group of engineers to define, design, integrate, verify, and validate components of a complex avionics video processing system.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and document system requirements at the LRU level, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and specify interfaces between system components, including hardware, software, and FPGAs.
  • Support integration and verification activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and systems engineers, to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Proven understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, integration, and verification.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Familiarity with avionics communication protocols and standards (e.g., ARINC, MIL-STD).
  • Experience in specifying requirements and interfaces for avionics subsystem components, including hardware, software, and FPGAs.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
