Job Description

As a Sr. UX Researcher at Momentus Technologies, you will be the driving force behind understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations.

Your insights will be crucial in shaping user-centric products that resonate with our diverse customer base. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure our products not only meet but exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research at various stages of the product development cycle.
• Employ a variety of research methods, including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and field studies.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate research into design and feature recommendations.
• Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts.
• Advocate for user needs and ensure they are a key consideration in product strategy and design.
• Present research findings to stakeholders and team members in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in UX research, particularly in a software development context.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with user research tools and software.
