Responsibilities
The Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Outreach Coordinator supports the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) DoD–Defense Industrial Base Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE) Partners. Performs scheduling, planning, logistics of all events, conferences, and community meetings. Participates in developing outreach strategies, targeting, messaging. Develops briefing and conference materials and coordinates with other DCISE divisions to gather conference topics and materials. Present materials, answer member questions, etc. at events and conferences.
Qualifications
· Bachelors 5+ years, Masters 3+ years, or PhD 0+ years
· At least 2 years of project management experience
· Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all organizational levels, customers, and stakeholders
· Capability to collaborate across different enterprises or teams with various stakeholders
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Working knowledge of IT technology, vendors, and products
· Ability to display data and metrics in a clear and understandable way
· Proactive approach in seeking innovative advertising methods for services, in close collaboration with government and contract leadership
· Ability to contribute to and direct social media outreach efforts
· Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating various events and outreach activities
· Initiative to independently, or as part of a team, plan, execute, and report on tasks
· Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce
· Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic travel)
· Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
· Familiarity with the Defense Industrial Base sector

Target Salary Range
