Assistant General Manager - Lounges

Job Description

As the Assistant General Manager of Lounges, you will responsible for:

Job Responsibilities: 

• The Assistant General Manager is responsible for operating  efficiently within pre-established cost controls.
• Responsible for managing, scheduling, training restaurant staff and monitoring staff performance. 
• Maintains the department in accordance with Health Department standards. 
• Ensures customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards. 

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. 2nd language a plus. 
• Requires prior experience in Food & Beverage cost control and a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory position in a fine dining restaurant/bar/lounge environment is preferred. 
• Candidate must have advanced knowledge of beverages, cigars, and cost control. 
• Candidate must exhibit strong motivational and developmental skills. 
• Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment. 
• Requires the following valid documentation: Alcohol Awareness card, Health card, Gaming card. 
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
