This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.</span></p> <p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing I to join our Alts Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Dublin Hybrid 4 days a week in the office.</span></p> <p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Act as the main point of contact for the client concerning operational and service-related matters. Responsibilities include attending weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly client calls, and reviewing the monthly scorecard.</span></li> <li><span>Engage in the launch of new funds.</span></li> <li><span>Manage client servicing functions where appropriate to ensure client satisfaction with the provided service.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure all staff maintain a proactive, professional relationship with key client stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Keep the Senior Manager updated on client issues and their progress, highlighting any urgent client concerns or complaints to management immediately</span></li> <li><span>Ensure adequate controls are in place around the dealing process.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure accurate and timely completion of cash availability and prediction reports to fund managers and valuation departments.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure prices and factors entered into the transfer agency register are accurate.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Degree in relevant discipline</span></li> <li><span>Experience in Transfer Agency preferably in Alternative Transfer Agency </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
