What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Document and communicate test results to operations and quality teams.

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to material quality.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure proper testing procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and process efficiency.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands of the Job

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in outdoor and industrial settings.

• Manual dexterity required for operating testing equipment and handling materials.

• Visual and auditory acuity to safely navigate work areas and monitor equipment.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
