Warehouse Driver

Our award-winning theme park creates unique outdoor experiences at the top of the Smoky Mountains and we want YOU to be a part of it! Our Retail team at Anakeesta is seeking a Delivery Driver to help maintain the efficiency of our Warehouse. 

Responsibilities 

• Drives vehicles ( Primarily Box Truck) for the purpose of transporting orders and materials to designated sites. 
• Load and unload box truck and other vehicles during daily deliveries 
• Loads delivery vehicle thoughtfully to facilitate quick access during drop offs. 
• Loads delivery vehicle ensuring that all items are properly secured for transport. 
• Uses forklift, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or any other vehicle/machinery needed. 
• Daily tasks may involve assisting with the Receiving and Pricing of retail product including counting and recording items.  
• Keep accurate records of all product moves using proper warehouse forms and logs.  
• Assist with organization within the storage/development warehouse. 
• Place and store product/material in correct designated locations in the warehouse. 
• Keep all assigned areas neat and clean. 
• Use proper handling of all items as some will be fragile and need to be positioned a certain way while carrying, shelving, and transporting. 
• Assist with all areas of warehouse as assigned
• Ability to follow safe driving practices. 
• Ability to prioritize all tasks  

• Previous delivery driving experience.
• Strong work ethic 
• Attention to detail, organizational skills. 
• Ability to work efficiently solo or as a team 
• Experience loading and unloading in a logistics warehouse environment. 
• OSHA awareness in regard to proper lifting techniques, forklift operation and other relating to the function of the role 
• Able to work in inclement weather environments. 
• Physically strong, ideal candidate can lift and move heavy containers. 
• Ability to follow safe driving practices. 
• Outstanding problem-solver 

Physical Requirements 

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., move up to 90 lbs. with assistance.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, and crawl.  
• Must be able to push various pieces of equipment up and down hillsides and roads 
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time on uneven ground
