Occupational Therapist - St. Paul

Full-time | 64 hours per pay period | Monday-Friday | Flexible schedule | No weekends or holidays

Join Vivie and help us create meaningful impact! As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll support residents in achieving independence by providing therapy to enhance their ability to perform daily tasks. We’re looking for a licensed occupational therapist with qualifications such as a degree in Occupational Therapy, creativity, and experience in senior living or healthcare settings to service ALFs with home health, outpatient, and private pay services.

Minimum qualifications: 

• MN Occupational Therapist license
• Two years of experience as an OTR
• Proven positive skills in working successfully with a team or independently
• Diverse background in clinical experiences and training with the senior population
• Creative, proven communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organize
• High degree of self-motivation and commitment to the patients we serve
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships

Licenses & Certifications:

• Registration in the State of Minnesota required
• BLS Certified; or within 3 months of hire
