Leadperson - Pouring Crew

High Concrete Group LLC is currently seeking a Lead person (pouring crew) who enjoys working with their hands. The Leadperson - Pouring Crew is responsible for the daily planning, directing, training, and general supervision of his/her assigned crew.  Will be accountable to meet production schedules and responsible to meet safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• One (1) to three (3) in precast/prestress concrete industry
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lead and train co-workers on crew
• Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus

General Duties

• Trains and develops new co-workers for on-the-job training, safety rules, and company policies and procedures
• Assist in planning and directing crew's daily activities
• Pre-plans daily and weekly deck schedules for ordering parts
• Communicates and conducts with crew; Tool Box Talks, CBO's and 6S
