Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, strategic-minded Testing Service Owner to play a critical role in driving our digital transformation within the dynamic construction industry. This visionary position involves designing, planning, and executing end-to-end testing strategies, and overseeing robust testing practices to ensure seamless and accurate data transitions. Your strategic insight and leadership will directly contribute to our company's operational efficiency, competitive edge, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically design, create, and oversee comprehensive testing services aligned with our digital and process transformation.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize testing processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Develop and implement visionary testing frameworks, methodologies, and quality assurance practices, ensuring adherence to industry-specific standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and lead project teams through successful testing phases, clearly communicating strategies, timelines, and risks to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks during testing phases and ensure robust documentation, accurate reporting, and thorough business and technical validations throughout testing processes.
• Implement quality assurance practices to maintain high standards and ensure the reliability and performance of all testing activities.
• Utilize advanced tools and innovative automation technologies such as ETL solutions (e.g., Alteryx) and automation platforms (e.g., UiPath) to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of testing activities.
• Coordinate and oversee data migration activities as needed, ensuring smooth transitions and resource allocation.
• Manage partner resources effectively, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration of external expertise.
• Provide strategic mentorship and leadership to technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Significant experience leading complex testing services and projects, particularly involving financial and business data in the construction or similar industry.
• Proven strategic leadership abilities, with expertise in developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with ETL tools (Alteryx), testing automation tools (UiPath), and familiarity with integration platforms (iPaaS).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to identify risks proactively and develop strategic solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Language skills: Fluent written and spoken English, also preferably Finnish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in testing, including at least 3 years in a senior or strategic leadership position within the construction or related industry.
• Certifications in data management, testing automation, project management, or related disciplines (CMDP, ISTQB and/or relevant).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, project management platforms, and previous experience in digital transformation initiatives specific to construction.
• Experience from Agile development methods (SAFe).
• Understanding of construction field and project lifecycles, data governance frameworks, compliance standards, and industry-specific regulations will be considered as an advantage.
