Service and Product Management – Junior Analyst

Description:

This role reports to Service and Product Manager lead in support of Application Development & Automation team.  This colleague will be responsible for the review and delivery of processes executed in support of embedded controls and ensuring that management and oversight on risk / control activities is completed in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Portfolio Leads and CISO PMO to ensure status listed in project tracking tools, road maps documentation, and objectives and key results/benefits (OKRs) for team deliveries are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Work with various business partner stakeholders, with focus on compliance, to track completion of risk assessments.
• Receive and review requests from internal risk management teams, identify SME’s and stakeholders, collect and review information and/or evidence, and appropriately coordinate high level process walkthroughs.
• Review incoming regulatory requests, coordinate and review replies and evidence with various stakeholders at multiple levels of management
• Assist in the collection and tracking of details including compensating controls, corrective actions with  milestones, and status of self-identified or externally identified control issues
• Coordinate monthly testing of controls across teams.
• Interpret and understand CITI and governing policies to ensure product processes are adherent.

Qualifications:

• Understanding /experience with financial services, risk, controls, and compliance.
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant position.
• Good communication skills with the ability to simply articulate complex problems and solutions with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong management, planning, communication, and organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• General knowledge and experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Fluent English.
