Accounts Payable Analyst

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at Dangote Group. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing supplier invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Deliver transactional and informational services to all company's market-facing business units.
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable data
• Provide agreed business and compliance reports and analyze data to facilitate business decisions.
• Applying the correct accounting principles and ensuring that all entries and procedures are in compliance with IFRS.
• Carry out continuous process reviews and improvements in line with SLA's and the appropriate governance structures.
• Maintenance of Internal Controls t
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with relevant internal and external parties and ensure clear communication when required.
• Manage and supervise the Shared Service (CC) Accounts Payable staff and teams so as to ensure optimum performance and delivery of high quality service.
• Monitor and ensure compliance to relevant legislation and policies.
• Provide leadership to CC Accounts Payable functions by providing guidance and direction to supervisors in achieving agreed service levels to BUs by enabling people, process and technology.
