As the world of work continues to evolve, we are bringing together the individuals, ideas, technology to unlock business and human growth.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>What you’ll learn and do?<br/> <br/> As a part of our international social security and Posted Workers Directive compliance team, you will support clients and their international mobile employees with the social security and labor law related consequences of employing people in an international context (expats, remote workers, etc.).<br/> <br/> Your role is to ensure that the international mobile employees of our clients are well insured whilst working cross border and that all legal requirements with regards to social security and labor law are taken care of. Your tasks include amongst others applying for social insurance statements, filing posted workers notifications, managing our offshore value network teams (service delivery centers) and maintaining relationships with our clients and their employees.<br/> <br/> You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities both inside and outside our newly established organization.
