This role is responsible for driving wall system features from concept through validation and field deployment - independently engaging the cross-disciplinary expertise needed to define requirements, resolve technical issues, and produce the documentation and guidance that makes ICON's printed construction elements repeatable and executable at scale. Working across Building and Construction Science, Software, Hardware, Testing, Operations, and ICON Build and Prime business verticals, the Senior Product Development Engineer serves as the primary technical driver for assigned wall system development efforts, bringing both cross-functional coordination capability and deep expertise in their own technical domain.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br></strong></p> <p data-pm-slice="1 3 []"><strong>Wall System Feature Development</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Own assigned wall system development efforts from requirements definition through field deployment; independently identify the technical questions that need to be answered, engage the right SMEs across ICON to answer them, and drive each initiative to a conclusion without requiring external direction on routine decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop product requirements and specifications for ICON Wall System configurations, details, and printed construction elements; translate structural, material, software, and field constraints into clear, actionable product specs that cross-functional teams can execute against.<
