About the job you’re considering
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of AppDynamics across our enterprise application landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, application performance monitoring tools, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires close collaboration with infrastructure teams, application owners, DevOps, and external vendors to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AppDynamics.
Your role
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business units, IT teams, and AppDynamics consultants.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and other teams for agent deployment, configuration, and integration.
- Oversee the setup of dashboards, health rules, and custom metrics.
- Promote best practices for APM usage and performance optimization.
- Provide regular reports on project health, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing APM tool implementations (AppDynamics preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
