The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Graphic Design Intern to join our 2025 Summer cohort.

 

This position will provide an excellent opportunity to learn and gain experience in Workplace Solutions' Marketing team. You will build on your knowledge of design principles, Adobe Create Suite programs, conceptual thinking, and learning. You will execute on basic design direction provided by design consultants, listen to feedback, ask questions, be open to sharing ideas, pitch in and help where needed, and gain a deeper understand of what it is like to work in a corporate culture. You will also develop an understanding of how to build relationships with partners and stakeholders by asking questions and taking initiative. 

About the Program

The Internship Development Program is an exciting opportunity where careers are launched, and talent is discovered. During this 10-week summer program, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Add value to the organization through meaningful work
  • Participate in a variety of developmental experiences
  • Gain exposure to senior executives and build a valuable network of peers, managers, and leaders across the company
  • Acquire knowledge of key businesses through enterprise-wide exposure
  • Receive ongoing coaching and mentoring

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • College rising sophomore or junior (2027 or 2028 grad)
  • Must have availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the dates of June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025
  • Exceptional communication skills and effective networking skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship 

 

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic experience using the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.)
  • Sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information

The pay range for this position is $20.00-21.00 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
