(Senior) Staff Software Security Engineer

<p>Dolby is a global leader in providing audio and imaging solutions that create spectacular experiences on a range of diverse hardware and software platforms. As such, Dolby technology is exposed to illegal use which includes, but is not limited to, software piracy and intellectual property (IP) thievery.</p> <p>As a (Senior) Staff Software Security Engineer, You will be part of a team responsible for creating solutions to protect Dolby’s IP and applying them in Dolby products. Acting as a security research expert you will be responsible for creating IP protection solutions from concept, through implementation to integration into products. </p> <p> </p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Be mentor and advisor on state-of-the-art SW protection mechanisms</li> <li>Create, review and contribute to IP protection concepts for various Dolby products</li> <li>Implement, verify and evaluate protection mechanisms </li> <li>Work swiftly in embedded environment at the verge of operating system, applications and hardware</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Education &amp; Skills:</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of professional experience in software security domain</li> <li>professional experience with secure processing and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE)</li> <li>familiarity with platform security industry standards (e.g. PSA)</li> <li>professional experience with applied cryptography</li> <li>professional experience with cryptographic implementations (e.g. crypto++, mbedTLS, openSSL, etc.)</li> <li>professional experience with SW reverse engineering</li> <li>proficiency in C++, C and Python programming</li> <li>very good understanding of binary formats and their internals</li> <li>very good understanding of operating systems internals</li> <li>proficiency in using disassemblers/decompilers, debuggers, emulators, virtual machines</li> <li>strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>good command of English (written and spoken)</li> <li>passionate about SW/HW security</li> </ul> <p>Dolby Hiring Entity:</p> <p>Dolby Poland Sp. z o.o.<br/> Business Garden, Building G<br/> ul.
