The Program Manager, Removal and Reinstallations Position Sunnova Energy is searching for a Program Manager, Removal and Reinstallations to own the entire customer journey for the Solar Removal and Reinstall (R&R) program, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry to post-reinstallation support. Leverage industry best practices and financial acumen to maximize customer satisfaction, program efficiency, and financial viability.
Program Manager, Removal and Reinstallations Responsibilities Craft a customer-centric R&R journey:•Design touchpoints throughout the process, from initial contact to post-installation follow-up, ensuring clear communication, proactive updates, and personalized support.•Streamline processes to minimize disruption and delays for customers undergoing renovations or remodels.•Integrate industry best practices in solar panel removal and reinstallation to guarantee safety, quality, and adherence to warranty guidelines.Champion financial viability:•Analyze program data to identify cost reduction opportunities and revenue streams.•Develop and implement financial models to track expenses, profitability, and return on investment.•Secure funding through grants, partnerships, and innovative models like community solar programs.Foster strong relationships:•Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure a unified customer experience.•Manage and vet contractors, upholding high standards for quality, safety, and compliance.•Build partnerships with solar industry players and community organizations to expand program reach and impact.Drive continuous improvement:•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like customer satisfaction, cost per R&R, and program revenue.•Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.•Implement innovative technologies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.•Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for the Director, SIFI.
Minimum Requirements•Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, renewable energy, or a related field.•Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, customer experience design, or a relevant field.•Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer journeys.•Deep understanding of solar industry best practices, particularly in R&Rs.•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
