About the Role:

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in improving and scaling our Sales Operations (Sales Ops) to help OpenDrives effectively and efficiently serve our quickly growing partner and customer base. You will be the primary contact for system, administrative, and management support to our internal Sales and Finance team. This position will communicate frequently with all levels of our Sales team and maintain strong collaborative relationships with other teams as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the opportunity and order process lifecycle between Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance
  • Be a key advisor in meeting Sales Ops deadlines by managing processes and taking corrective action as needed
  • Advise Operations and Sales leadership on sales tools and recommend changes to control expenses
  • Review and manage the support renewal contract management process and make changes to the process as needed
  • Be a key advisor in conducting past, current, and future revenue analysis, and operations
  • Manage the sales team alignment to sales processes, policies, and procedures
  • Manage the coordination to completion of RFI/RFPs in partnership with Sales by engaging key departments while maintaining and improving an RFP repository and best practices processes
  • Manage the daily administration and auditing of the CRM (SFDC) and PRM (Impartner) platform
  • Maintain SFDC (Salesforce.com) with key artifacts during the sales cycle
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and other OpenDrives teams to support the sales team’s success
  • Develop business development strategies that will align to our solution offering, as well as alignment to our global expansion

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related function
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of business operations experience
  • CRM software experience preferred
  • Preferred experience with sales teams, sales partners or b2b customers
