What You’ll Do
As the Specialist you will lead the development and execution of digital transformation projects to drive innovation in our Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
You will be able to analyze the SCM process from an optimization perspective, create and implement self-driven SCM work aligned with corporate-level strategy, and guide regional employees according to standard SCM procedures.
Additionally, you should have experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, process innovation projects, and a curiosity to leverage advanced analytics tools and SCM operation programs.
Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

- Develop and implement digital transformation projects to improve SCM process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze and evaluate SCM processes quantitatively and qualitatively from an optimization perspective.
- Create and implement self-driven SCM work aligned with corporate-level strategy, and guide regional employees according to standard SCM procedures.
- Support ERP operations and process innovation projects, trace critical items, and follow up for completion.
- Strategically plan for ERP and existing IT systems in collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Align with other IT departments and operational policies, and deliver adjusted and detailed processes to regional offices.
- Monitor MBOs for Sales and Marketing.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Information Technology, or related field.
- Fluent in both Korean and English, bilingual.
- 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, SCM operations, and analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with Excel, data analytics, and visualization tools.
- Experience in project management, process innovation, and change management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in SCM processes.
