Purpose
Operations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Senior Level Executives. The Operations Assistant works in partnership and joint accountability with other team members to achieve Neighborcare Health’s Mission, Guiding Principles, and goals. This role will provide data analysis for primary care including interpreting data, analyzing results, developing and implementing reporting tools.

Key responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Conducts data analysis for primary care including interpreting data, analyzing results, developing, and implementing reporting tools.
- Summarizes and describes data results to executives and core leaders in a way that they use to inform operational decisions.
- Acquires/extracts meaningful data from raw data sources and summarizes, validates and tabulates aggregate data in a meaningful format for monthly reporting.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the health center’s operations.
Operations Support
- Serve as a strategic analytic resource.
- Partner with operational leaders to assist with annual budgets and data informed reports.
- Develop effective and supportive relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Supports development, creation and organization of policies, procedures and various manuals and ensures appropriate distribution.
- Responsible for leading projects as directed.
Executive Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support for the executive such as maintaining executive's calendar, planning and scheduling meetings, compose correspondence and minutes and create and maintain various reports.
- Prepare meeting materials and presentations, compose and assemble agenda items, coordinate schedules and any special arrangements required.
- Maintain confidentiality on all organizational and personnel matters. Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
- Develop and present regular reports to management and stakeholders
KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES
Required for this job:
- Knowledge of and skill in the use of computers and a variety of software programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Proficient with analytical software and data graphics using programs such as DOMO, SQL, and Epic, including ability to survey, develop, evaluate and provide metric analysis.
- Demonstrates advanced quantitative skills and analytical abilities to interpret complex data for strategic projects, clinical use and business decision-making.
- Participates in cross-functional teams with experts from various departments.
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of information.

EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Required: Degree in related field or comparable years of experience
Preferred: Degree in healthcare administration or related field or comparable years of experience
Years of Relevant Experience Required:
- 2-years progressive administrative experience working with data in an ambulatory or a primary care setting
- 4-years of work experience in a healthcare setting
