We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Electric Power Parts & Service Consultant in Mossville, IL.

Job Summary:
- As an Electric Power Parts & Service Consultant, you will collaborate with the Electric Power (EP) team and business partners to drive improved end customer experience. You will do this through executing parts portfolio management for the EP business through leading strategic inventory projects, serving as a subject matter expert for demand planning, and executing projects to maximize aftermarket revenue and OPACC.

- This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules
- This role requires up to 15% domestic travel
What You Will Do:
- Service Part Lifecycle
- Lead projects focused on improving OPACC for service parts throughout the lifecycle.
- Resolve key service parts issues for EP product, including lifetime buys, part obsolescence, discontinuations, and reinstatements.
- Develop strategies to monitor and reduce service part backorders and unlaunched requisitions for the EP business.
- Aftermarket Growth
- Collaborate with business partners (IPSD, LPSD, PSLD, E+ES, and EP teams) to support aftermarket growth projects.
- Support projects related to service strategy, serviceability, service data, and TCO
- Demand Planning
- Serve as the Electric Power subject matter expert for demand planning processes. Work with a global team of ASRs to ensure dealer demand planning is executed quarterly. Collaborate with PSLD inventory management teams to ensure proper inventory management.
- Execute strategic inventory projects focused on delivering aftermarket growth and improved customer uptime.
