About the role
Bone Dry Roofing is looking for a hard-working, motivated, self-sufficient Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager at Bone Dry, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-quality roofing solutions. This is a fast paced career and roofing experience is a plus.
Daily Responsibilities
- Responsible for scheduling projects and ensuring each employee has the correct type of project assigned to them.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate schedules in the CRM software.
- Responsible for pulling project folders out and putting all invoices in them prior to setting them out for the installation team the day before the project starts.
- Responsible for 50/50 split expectation of jobsite versus office time.
- Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of each project are completed the first time.
- Oversee that each employee is performing a walkthrough with their customers at the completion of each project.
- Ensure each employee is collecting payment for each job upon completion.
- Oversee that all employees turn in accurate and completed job folders with the closing sheets, invoices, and receipts.
- Responsible for matching and sourcing materials for each project and having them staged for the project prior to the project starting and adjusting project invoices as needed.
- Ensure that all employees are utilizing communications software for consistent and regular project updates.
- Maintain accurate notes, and details in CRM software for each project.
- Ensure fleet (trucks and trailers) are maintained properly.
- Conduct job audits during and after projects.
- Ensure all safety procedures are in practice at all times.
- Responsible for running “callback” and “issue resolution” appointments for previously completed Bone Dry Roofing: Confidential & Proprietary projects.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Roofing or building experience not required but a plus
- Highly motivated
- On time and ready to work every day
- Quick Learner
- Good Communication Skills
- Comfortable working at heights
- Safety Oriented
- Willing to work long hours for great pay
- Military service a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)

- Compensation base $55k , Base + KPI Bonus & incentives for up to $65k annual earnings potential
