Then come and join our global team as Collaborations and Clinical Science Operations Intern to support our evidence generation and claims repository design and implementation team.  

This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set and gain hands-on experience. As a Collaborations and Clinical Science Operations Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist clinical scientists with streamlining operational workflows, improving project execution and ensuing cross-functional alignment across clinical science, research collaborations, evidence generation, and aligning with Physician relations, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance and Product Management teams

  • Understand and maintain dashboards, resource plans and milestone tracking across franchises (interventional and diagnostic) assuring compliance and legal alignment

  • Assist with identifying and implementing processes for documentation, reporting, budget tracking and legal contracts flow

  • Assist with creating SOPs and tools to support collaboration agreements, study documentation and evidence generation

  • Provide feedback and suggestions on continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, transparency and accountability

  • Assist with developing process maps and establishing operational best practices in claims evidence generation including development of claims repository 

  • Support Clinical Science and Collaborations Managers in preparation for key leadership meetings (presentations, pre-read, agendas, minutes, dashboards etc.) 

  • Provide assistance with enabling digital tools to manage Collaborations deliverables

Required skills and education to have for the success of this role:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, majoring in Business Administration, Pre-med, Biology, Law (rising senior preferred)

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)

The base pay range for this position is:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
