Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and drive lead generation.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each social media platform.
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with company goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and lead generation.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and coordination with other marketing initiatives.
Data Analysis: Regularly track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare reports and make data-driven recommendations.
Ad Campaigns: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creativity.
Stay Current: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content is in line with the brand's voice, values, and guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Social Listening: Monitor conversations about our brand and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities and advocacy opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent content creation and graphic design skills.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a strong eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and platforms in social media.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
