Hybrid/Common Days+ : Work 2-3 days a week in a Lincoln office with a designated workspace.

The Role at a Glance

As a Territory Business Coordinator, you will perform and deliver on routine assignments for your assigned area(s)of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. In this position, you will be responsible for providing operational, event and marketing support to specifically assigned Life and/or MoneyGuard Sales Channels.
 

What you'll be doing

•    Support proactive channel & territory efforts as needed to execute on channel strategy & business plans, segmentation, and other routine tasks and responsibilities.
•    Channel Marketing and Campaign Management and Maintenance
o    Execute email marketing campaigns on behalf of wholesalers
o    Support all elements of wholesaler marketing campaigns, including Salesforce campaign list updates/creation following established standards, identifying and maintaining contacts, and creating wholesaler specific reports when needed.
o    Partner with assigned sales contacts to execute email follow ups
o    Contact Management Support, Clean up & Maintenance in Salesforce
•    Channel Meeting & Event Follow up
o    Manage channel and/or wholesaler in person & virtual events including but not limited to: managing virtual event platforms, recordings/content, securing venues, compliance approvals, invitations, and assisting wholesalers with attendee follow ups.
o    Run campaign reports, reconcile attendee lists, research differences, and clean up data in Salesforce as identified
•    General Sales & Operations Support, including:
o    Managing open system / contact requests submitted by the business, including validating completed items and tracking completion on outstanding requests
o    Order gifts and promotional items in support of channel initiatives
o    Ad hoc channel and sales initiative support
•    Utilize available technology tools to support tasks (Salesforce, Excel, Mail Merge, Digital Marketing Center, Procurement, etc.)
•    Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.
•    Applies expanded knowledge obtained from the role in increasingly more complex situations and continues to acquire more knowledge to apply in role.
•    Proactively builds relationships with channel stakeholders / liaisons as needed through active communication, and achievement of quality service for partners.
•    Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
•    Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately.
•    Provides consultative support and partners with stakeholders as needed to provide routine and increasingly more non-routine sales support while maintaining fiscal discipline and adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.
 

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:
•    2 - 3 Years of overall experience
•    High School or GED
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•    Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
•    Ability to work with others in a team environment; Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
•    Demonstrated solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.).
•    Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•    Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
