Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our internal and external reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts. This role reports directly to executive leadership and plays a critical part in shaping the financial future of the company by providing actionable insights and overseeing key financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead all aspects of financial planning, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning

· Manage internal reporting to executive leadership and department heads to ensure financial visibility and alignment

· Oversee external financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant standards and timelines

· Provide in-depth financial reviews and variance analysis to support business decisions

· Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning and forecasting

· Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial performance

· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

· 10–15 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

· Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization

· Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams

Preferred Qualifications

· Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)

· Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA

· Experience in a growth-oriented, multi-unit service environment
