Bilingual Dental Coordinator - Job Overview

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Dental service line, ensuring that our patients receive timely and compassionate care.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Dental Patient Access Specialists, Site Operations, and Dental Care Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  • Mission-Driven Elements: Contribute to a mission that prioritizes patient access and care optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the Dental EHR desktop and manage incoming documents and faxes efficiently.
  • Support Dental Patient Access Specialists by managing call volumes and returning voice messages.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Site Operations, facilitating smooth communications.
  • Manage Dental provider schedules and hygiene recall lists to ensure optimal patient flow.
  • Run daily inquiries in the EHR and maintain clear communication with the Dental Care Operations Manager.
  • Assist Dental Treatment Coordinators with the scanning of Treatment Plans.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Experience in a dental office and/or scheduling management preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
