We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Sandy Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will support our client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery while building strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

• Prepare and deliver accurate proposals and quotations

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services

• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations

• Resolve any client issues with professionalism and efficiency

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

• Support senior representatives and contribute to team goals

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management preferred
