About the Team

As an AI/ML Product Manager, you will join our team of technical product managers working on products with transformative impact for Workday. Our team plays the dual role of understanding how to apply AI and ML technology to enterprise software and collaborating with the domain authorities of HCM and Finance to address critical business problems. We are a lean team that moves quickly and focuses on high impact product areas to deliver features for our Workday customers.

About the Role

Product Management in the AI space is all about understanding technology and where this technology can be applied to address meaningful business problems for Workday. This specific role is for a Product Manager on our ML platform team. You will be accountable for working in the following product areas:

• Own and deliver product roadmap for generative UI

• Identify high impact net new 0-1 opportunities for products and capabilities

• Identify pathways to generalize platform solutions

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience with a technology focus in data domains

• Technical degree with a BS/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science

• 1+ years' experience building 0-to-1 products

Other Qualifications

• Enterprise oriented product management experience preferred

• Strong team-oriented player with a focus on influencing engineers and designers on their product ideas

• Prior experience with AI and Machine Learning product management would be an advantage

• Experience closely working with engineers and building customer facing products

• Prior engineering experience is a plus

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
