SUMMARY OF ROLE:

Leads global Master Data quality programs and driving data cleansing projects across all the data domains such as ‘Material, Customer and Supplier’, FI and Supply chain related master data to improve data quality and governance. Accountable for developing DQ dashboards, executing critical projects and maintaining the highest level of established Bunge data Governance and its policies at both regional and global levels.

 

This role is viewed as a Data Quality Application/tools (SAP Information Steward) for leading and managing for all the data types existing in the company. He will be required to collaborate with a multiple stakeholder across the region and globe from the Business, IT and others stakeholder in order to support and achieve a mutually agreed outcome in the master data domains for implementing and executing projects and governance around the master data.

 

This role is expected to work closely with:

• Regional teams, Business, EDM CoE, EDM Global to align the functional requirements
• Relationship management
• Business Data Owners to get regional business rules and exception list

 

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Leading and driving data quality programs to facilitate various analysis and reports
• Developing programs (scripting/programming) using business algorithms to design the templates for the end business users.
• Monitor adherence to data algorithms and highlight exceptions using reports
• Work with Master Data Coordinator to identify and resolve data quality issues
• Leads continuous Improvements (CI) initiatives; consults and shared knowledge across organisation; full awareness of industry trends related to master data around master data.
• Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address business needs and address them appropriately in a timely manner.

 

DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND REQUIEREMENTS:

• • Hands-on knowledge of key technologies including Information Steward, Collibra, SQL, MDG
• Excellent knowledge and domain expertise in SAP Information Steward and SQL
• Experience with Data Dictionaries/taxonomy and Metadata management.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

 

Education required/ preferred:

• B.Tech, BCA, MCA

Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of professional data management experience leading

SAP Information Steward, Collibra, SQL system independently

• Minimum 5 years of providing and supporting business solution around DQ and working experience in SAP Information Steward / SQL is must
• Experience with FMCG / CPG (Consumer Products Group) organizations is preferable

 

• Able to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones
