Job Description
- Technical responsible developer for modules and products to pump/compress hydrogen
- Leading of engineering tasks in an international engineering team
- Ensure work according to product development process and corporate compliance
- Ensure adherence to schedule
- Analyzing customer and machine requirements
- Concept development, engineering and design of complex mechanical systems
- Knowledge building in material science by cooperating with external and internal labs
- Creation of drawings and specifications
- Communication to suppliers and manufacturing plants
- Coordination of simulation and validation tasks
- Building prototypes for validation and support testing of components and systems
- Perform other essential and peripheral duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited degree program (ex. CHEA)
- More than five years of experience in hydrogen
- Demonstrated knowledge of design tools for mechanical engineering (for example; PTC CREO, SolidWorks)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and other business considerations
- Knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism with customers and co-workers
- Strong organizational skills including excellent priority management
- Ability to learn and apply new processes
- Experience with an ERP system (ex. SAP)
- Must be able to work well in a high-paced, variable environment
- Travel Required – 30% annually; both domestic and international
Additional Information
This position will have a salary range of $128,800- $164,000 per year. In addition to the base rate, the position will have an annual bonus potential of 0% -10% of annual salary based upon company performance. This position is benefits eligible which includes medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance and other company offered benefits including a retirement plan which includes 401(k) company match and a defined contribution.
