Job Description

• Technical responsible developer for modules and products to pump/compress hydrogen
• Leading of engineering tasks in an international engineering team
• Ensure work according to product development process and corporate compliance
• Ensure adherence to schedule
• Analyzing customer and machine requirements
• Concept development, engineering and design of complex mechanical systems
• Knowledge building in material science by cooperating with external and internal labs
• Creation of drawings and specifications
• Communication to suppliers and manufacturing plants
• Coordination of simulation and validation tasks
• Building prototypes for validation and support testing of components and systems
• Perform other essential and peripheral duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited degree program (ex.  CHEA)
• More than five years of experience in hydrogen
• Demonstrated knowledge of design tools for mechanical engineering (for example; PTC CREO, SolidWorks)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and other business considerations
• Knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism with customers and co-workers
• Strong organizational skills including excellent priority management
• Ability to learn and apply new processes
• Experience with an ERP system (ex. SAP)
• Must be able to work well in a high-paced, variable environment
• Travel Required – 30% annually; both domestic and international

Additional Information

This position will have a salary range of $128,800- $164,000 per year. In addition to the base rate, the position will have an annual bonus potential of 0% -10% of annual salary based upon company performance. This position is benefits eligible which includes medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance and other company offered benefits including a retirement plan which includes 401(k) company match and a defined contribution.
