Job Description
What You'll Do
The Director, Global Employee Relations will serve as a trusted advisor on all aspects of the employee experience. This role requires high judgment, discretion, and expertise in navigating sensitive workplace situations while upholding Sprinklr’s culture, values, and legal standards. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Sprinklr manages, supports, and strengthens the employee–employer relationship across our global teams. This role has global responsibility with one direct report in India. While the position is responsible for developing global strategies, policies, and frameworks, it also requires hands-on execution at a local level. The successful candidate will be both the architect and the implementer—leading the design and directly carrying out the work.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Partner with senior HR and business leaders to define and execute Sprinklr’s employee relations strategy.
Lead the ER function as a strategic advisor to HR, Legal, and executives on ER matters, policy interpretation, and risk management.
Design and implement enterprise-wide frameworks, policies, and processes that reflect Sprinklr’s culture and values while ensuring consistency and compliance.
Oversee high-risk and sensitive workplace issues, including internal investigations, performance management, and involuntary exits.
Manage case tracking and reporting with strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to ER and HR team members handling complex employee situations.
Collaborate with Legal and the broader HR leadership team to align ER programs with talent management initiatives and business goals.
Use data and analytics to monitor ER trends and assess program effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within ER and across HR operations to drive scalability and efficiency.
Develop, review, and maintain global HR policies, handbooks, and employment agreements to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Build and deliver training and enablement programs for HR teams and people leaders to strengthen ER capability.
What Makes You Qualified
10+ years of progressive HR/Employee Relations/Compliance experience, with significant expertise in investigations and conflict resolution.
5+ years in a global, high-growth environment preferably within the tech industry
