- Shift: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week (Hours may vary due to operational needs)
- Pay: Equivalent to $34.00/hour ($70,720 annually) - Salaried
- Project Duration: Up to 6 months with possible extension

We're seeking a Temporary Food Service Project Manager to oversee a high-volume Army dining facility. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide overall leadership and management of a high-volume Army dining facility, ensuring successful execution of all contractual, operational, and customer service requirements.
- Oversee daily food service operations, including meal production, service delivery, staffing, and quality assurance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, and food service personnel to maintain high levels of performance and accountability.
- Manage project budgets, labor costs, food costs, staffing plans, and operational resources to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison with government representatives and key stakeholders, ensuring strong partnerships and contract compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Army regulations, food safety standards, HACCP requirements, company policies, and workplace safety procedures.
- Analyze operational performance, customer feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead planning and execution for special events, inspections, VIP visits, and other high-profile dining operations.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of progressive food service management experience in a high-volume dining, hospitality, institutional, military, healthcare, university, or correctional environment.
- Minimum of 5 - 6 years of leadership experience managing multiple departments, managers, or large-scale food service operations.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor planning, and financial performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of food production operations, inventory management, and contract compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, reporting systems, workforce management systems, and operational analytics.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

- Experience working within government, military, institutional, or regulated environment.
- Experience partnering with vocational rehabilitation, workforce development, or disability employment programs.
