Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC systems such as furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and more
• Conduct routine maintenance and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance
• Install and replace HVAC components as needed
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations with our dispatch team
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Requirements

• 1-3 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical issues clearly and professionally to homeowners.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials

Nice to have but not required:

• EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• NATE Certification
• Sales experience
