Role Summary:

Cinemark is seeking a Senior Content Producer to oversee the production, development, and delivery of breakthrough content across paid and owned channels including CTV, paid social, organic social, digital OOH, digital menu boards, promotional trailers and other forms of in-theater marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end video/photo production process for content projects: budgeting, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborates with internal marketing, creative, and project management teams to ensure the content produced is on brand, within budget, and on time.
• Help develop production processes that maximize usage across various channels.
• Create ongoing relationships with external production teams, artist reps, photographers, videographers, editors, motion graphics artists, and talent to bring the creative vision to life.
• Work directly with project management, marketing, the operations teams, creative and print vendors to deliver monthly marketing in-theater print kits.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience working as a producer at an agency, a brand, or a production studio.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience working with video & photo content across various digital channels with knowledge of aspect ratios, live areas, and file exports. 
• Has a network of production & talent resources to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Innovative problem solver with strong communication & negotiation skills.
