Senior Associate, Business Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• To understand business requirement from business team, and proposed system solution that can simplify and enhance current business operations.
• Document features and user stories in BDD format.
• Document business requirement (non-technical) & mockup to get stakeholder sign off and document the business requirements in Jira as backlogs with acceptance criteria and organize according to project's priority.
• Drives project deliveries with team thru scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Grooming & Retro.
• Slice features to smaller pieces to deliver in phases that can accommodate into 2 weeks release cycle.
• Review test cases to ensure meet the User Acceptance Test (UAT) needs.
• Coordinate with business team to obtain UAT signoff.
• Send release notes after team's deployment.
• As point of contact person for users' Q&A and support.

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

• BA/BS/MS degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science, Computer Engineering/Information system or relevant field are preferably.

• 2-3 years of experience as business analyst.

• Experience working with sales & marketing people.

• Good communication and negotiation skill.

• Good knowledge and experience in digital marketing & finance as a plus.

• Good exposure in SQL queries for troubleshooting.

• Experience working in Agile project management.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, Be self-motivated, aggressive, responsible, and enthusiastic team player.
