<p><b><span>Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!</span></b></p><p></p><p></p><h1><span>Responsibilities:</span></h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li>Support of national and international M&amp;A transactions, divestments as well as the establishment of joint ventures and company foundations</li><li>Conducting of company research and preparation of strategic analyses (e.g., market and competitive environment)</li><li>Preparation and analysis of key financial figures and business plans</li><li>Preparation of company valuations in accordance with established valuation methods</li><li>Involvement in the preparation of presentations for the senior management</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><span>Qualifications:</span></h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li>Studies in business administration, economics, business mathematics or industrial engineering with a focus on finance or accounting, from the 4th semester onwards with suitable specialization subjects</li><li>Relevant practical experience, e.g., internships at investment <span>banks, accounting</span> firms or strategy consultancies</li><li>A general interest in financial markets</li><li>Solid analytical, organizational and communication skills</li><li>Discipline and self-motivation as well as very good German and English language skills</li><li>Very good knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Strong personal commitment, ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment and as part of a global team</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
