You light the way. ​</p><p></p><p><span><b><b>More about the role</b></b></span></p><p>Horticulture LED Solutions:</p><ul><li><p>Analyze and articulate business situations into clear, concise and accurate financial terms, f.e. growth plans and investments.</p></li><li><p><span>Drive, own and present sales reporting/dashboards to global team and management and structurally improve efficiency of reporting process, incl. financial adjustments, BBSC and s</span>ales incentive calculation for global sales and co-determine SI process.</p></li><li><p><span>Co-heading weekly global sales meeting together with supply chain, sales and product management, own &amp; drive alignment with supply chain and support in forecasting</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support segment teams/product management with sales analysis to identify and validate growth plans and identify new opportunities</span></p></li></ul><p><br/><span><b>Team</b></span></p><p>You will work closely with the Sales Leader and Finance Business Partner of Horticulture LED Solutions to drive further growth in the respective businesses.
