New Homebuilder Sales Associate

Adams Homes is seeking a driven and enthusiastic New Home Sales Associate to join our sales team in Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospects through the sales process, following up with prospects through our CRM program, and implementing lead generating activities with the local realtor community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective buyers to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget for a new home purchase.
• Show model homes and available inventory to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits of the home and community.
• Follow-up with prospects pipeline including CRM usage by following our standardized process
• Manage the sales process from contract to closing
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and realtors, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A Florida Real Estate License
