Group/Division

The KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Identify and implement process improvements within the GWS organization, with a critical focus on global standardization for Processes, Documentation and Data

  • Support key internal partners (Facilities Projects/Governance & Control) Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) & Space Control + working with wider business groups (Finance, Procurement & Engineering organizations).

  • Drive the design and implementation of new business processes with organizational context and priorities in mind.

  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of new initiatives and processes, making adjustments as needed.

  • Work closely with operational leaders and key internal partners to identify opportunities for process enhancements.

  • Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes and how to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Develop and implement further operational excellence improvement programs.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to drive process improvements.

  • Establish and support key performance metrics and dashboards for monitoring operational performance.

  • Assist in facilitating change management by leading and supporting operational and global initiatives within GWS.

  • Support internal GWS process development (with focus on standardization, compliance, regulations, and operational & business standards (including ISO and equivalent).


Preferred Skills:

  • Proven “real world” experiences.

  • Multi year familiarity within High-Tech industries.

  • Awareness of relevant industry-specific regulations and standards.

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills 

Beneficial Experience:

  • ISO process and auditing

  • Statistical analysis skills

  • Technical focus (Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical is preferable) – clean room experience is an advantage.

  • Software packages including Power BI, Project Management software, SharePoint, Dashboards & MS office suite

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field of work.

  • Minimum eight (8) years experience developing, implementing and leading process improvement programs with large global organizations.

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Strong organizational and personal time management.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Base Pay Range: $121,500.00 - $206,600.00 Annually
