arktrace is currently expanding its technical team to accommodate a rapidly growing customer base and accelerating revenue, the CE role offers opportunity for fast-paced personal growth and career advancement. We are looking to hire tenacious, driven individuals to help guide prospects and customers in deploying the Darktrace solution in their environment in order to support prospects and clients. You'll be provided with extensive training and support as you further your existing skills in this role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the account team as the Darktrace solution implementation specialist to help deploy in prospects and client’s environments
  • Drive new business opportunities through building relationships with new prospects and leading the implementation of the solution
  • Act as the client's trusted advisor regarding Darktrace on the network and in the cloud for pre- and post-sale deployments
  • Provide expertise and troubleshooting relating to on-prem and cloud network traffic for customers
  • Act as a technical liaison between the client's Networking team, Partners, and the Darktrace account team
  • Provide feedback and reporting to account managers on deployments
  • Design and build custom integrations and define solution architectures

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical role focused on Networking or Helpdesk Support
  • Strong knowledge in both on-premises and cloud networking and technologies
  • Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP stack, OSI Model, VLANs, Routers, Firewalls
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work collaboratively within a fast-paced, innovative team.
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • Experience in project management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier accredited university with strong academic performance in a STEM subject.
