About the Role:

11Position Overview: The Facilities Manager – EMEA is responsible for facilities operations across all office locations within Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role ensures compliance with regional regulations, delivers consistent workplace standards, and oversees local Facilities staff and office personnel. This position operates in close coordination with the Director of Global Facilities and regional Security & Compliance partners to ensure operational integrity and regulatory adherence.

Core Responsibilities
Regional Facilities Oversight
Manage facilities operations across EMEA office locations.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, labor regulations, and safety requirements.
Oversee vendor performance and contractual service delivery.
Maintain consistent workplace standards aligned with global policy.
Team Leadership
Lead and manage office support staff.
Ensure consistent service levels across multiple countries.
Develop team capability and succession planning.
Financial & Vendor Management
Manage regional facilities budgets and track expenditures.
Monitor vendor contracts and SLAs.
Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
Risk & Regulatory Coordination
Partner with Security & Compliance leadership to operationalize safety and regulatory standards.
Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
Ensure documentation readiness for local inspections or audits.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of facilities management experience.
Experience operating across multiple countries required.
Knowledge of EMEA regulatory requirements required.
Strong leadership and vendor management capability.
