Job Description

Authenticx has built a mission-oriented, fast-growing business over the last five years. Until last May, we did it without a product management team! Since then, we’ve built out the product management team (including design and product marketing) and are looking to scale even further. We’re working on taking advantage of the opportunities that were harder to accomplish without a product org—building impactful and intuitive new features, working with our incredible AI team to bring brand new innovations to our customers, and creating consistently outstanding UX across the platform.  

At the core, your responsibilities will include shaping our product, aligning stakeholders, and shipping software. Best of all, you’ll be joining a company of smart, driven, and low-ego people with experience building some of the top SaaS companies in the world. 

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll tackle everything from strategic planning to product development and public launch 
• You’ll be talking to our customers, partners, and internal teams such as Sales and Customer Success to get input and build world class products 
• You will need to understand the needs of Authenticx users better than anyone (including themselves) 
• Identify market opportunities and shape product strategy 
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities and product roadmap 
• Lead the end-to-end ideation, development, and launch of amazing products 
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product prioritization and decision-making 

Qualifications

Our ideal Product Manager will possess the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, with a track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products 
• Excellent communication: the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present product visions to stakeholders 
• High ownership: you drive yourself to make an impact and have a hunger to learn quickly 
• Impact-oriented: Proven experience in driving product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and leveraging data to make informed decisions 
• Scrappy: you prioritize speed, but do not sacrifice quality 
• Collaborative: you believe in working very closely alongside engineers, designers, data scientists, members of the go to market team, and customers. You feel at home taking responsibility for driving these relationships and forging these bonds. 
• Experience working with AI and data science teams is a big plus 

Additional Information

• Salary: The anticipated salary range is approximately $100,000 - $120,000 and will be determined based on factors such as qualifications and location of the hired candidate.
• Additional Compensation: Variable compensation (e.g., commission or bonus) and stock/equity may be considered at the time of hire, based on qualifications, and/or in the future, based on an individual's performance. 
• For local candidates, this may be a hybrid position consisting of mostly remote/virtual working with some on-site (Indianapolis north side) activities approximately 1x per week or as needed.
• For non-local candidates, this will primarily be a virtual/remote position with occasional on-site travel (2-4x per year), depending on location and the needs of the business. 
• Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
