What we want
The Medical Laboratory Supervisor - IHC, under general supervision, manages laboratory operations and supervises assigned staff.
What you need to know
Salary: $45,000-$75,000

Travel: May require up to 5% or more travel, including travel for continuing education annually
Schedule: This position rarely may require work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of experience in IHC (+/- IFC) techniques to include: image analysis, antibody handling and selection, antibody optimization, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in IHC (+/- IFC) techniques to include: image analysis, antibody handling and selection, antibody optimization, and troubleshooting
1–2 years of supervisory or lead technician experience
Emotional intelligence/difficult dialogues/mediation training; leadership training;
