 At Farmland Hardware, the cashier role is about service, accuracy, and trust. Cashiers are often the first and last point of contact. You’ll run checkout, answer phones, and help customers with basic product needs—making sure every interaction reflects our values of honesty and service.
  Responsibilities
 

• Greet every customer with professionalism and respect.
  
  
• Keep the front counter clean, organized, and stocked.
  
  
• Answer phones quickly and direct calls appropriately.
  
  
• Help customers locate products and answer common questions.
  
  
• Accurately process cash, card, and account transactions.
  
  
• Follow store policies for returns, account charges, and deliveries.
  
  
• Support promotions and seasonal programs.
  
  
• Restock front-end displays and supplies.
  
  
• Balance tills at open and close.
  
  
• Assist with general store tasks as needed.
  
  
• Attend staff meetings and follow safety standards.

  Compensation: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
