Join a vibrant team of educators and play a key role in helping individuals to make well-informed choices in education, training and careers. Besides engaging learners across different age groups and backgrounds, you will also engage companies to develop training plans to upskill the workforce.

[What you will be working on]

Academic Role as a Module Tutor, Personal Mentor and School Internship Mentor

• Involve in module delivery, project supervision and assessment marking as a module tutor.

• Engage full time learners as a personal mentor.

• Mentor learners doing their internship and liaise with company supervisor on any internship matters.

• Involve in school-wide activities such as Open House and Graduation ceremony.

Programme Lead for Continuing Education and Training (CET)

• Evaluate applicants for PT courses by reviewing their resumes and qualifications.

• Conduct entrance tests for applicants as part of entry requirements.

• Process results for the learners upon completion of the modules.

• Register outstanding modules for learners; prepare course schedules and provide pastoral care as mentor for learners.  

System Migration for Continuing Education and Training (CET)

• Verify and import the data from existing system to NEW Skills Training & Enhancement Portal (STEP).

• Explore ways to automate updates to the new system.

• Prepare course schedules and review assessment loading for CET courses.

Business Development for Continuing Education and Training (CET)

• Analyse data and propose marketing campaigns target at prospective applicants.

• Engage companies and propose customised programmes to upskills their workforce.

• Attend events and work fairs to market the courses to public and companies.

• Design course brochures for social media marketing.​

• Strong communicator, service mindset and interpersonal skills

• Possess good problem-solving skills, adaptability and innovative mindset

• Sound sense of purpose and passion for working with youth & adult learners

• Possess a meticulous mindset to evaluate learners’ application.

• IT savvy and able to harness technology to enhance business processes

• Candidate who has experience in real estate and/or real estate management field is welcome to apply
