Position Summary...

Walmart's Global Mobility Team plays a critical role in supporting associates as they relocate for business needs, ensuring a smooth transition and continually improving relocation benefits. The team leverages data analytics to provide actionable insights on relocation trends, costs, and associate experiences, directly influencing benefit packages and enterprise location strategies.

As a Sr. Data Analyst, you'll create dynamic dashboards and reports, deliver real-time status updates, and help shape future policies by analyzing who is moving, financial impacts, and compliance requirements. This is a unique opportunity to cast a broad net for candidates passionate about using data to drive meaningful change in a global organization.

What you'll do...

  • Identify, extract, and validate data from multiple sources to support business needs 

  • Develop and implement data quality checks and governance processes 

  • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights 

  • Create compelling data visualizations and present findings to stakeholders 

  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data management 

 

What You’ll Bring...

  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) 

  • Strong knowledge of data quality management, governance, and data strategy 

  • Experience translating business problems into analytical solutions 

  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences 

  • In-depth understanding of business metrics across multiple domains
