Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to manage the development of our Cloud Video Management System (VMS) product line. The successful candidate will drive our product vision from concept to production, deliver on the strategic roadmap, and work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure our product's success.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of the VMS product, from the Web to the Mobile Apps. Deliver on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Market and User Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to gain deep insights into customer pain points, needs, and behaviors. Use these insights to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development
• Product Implementation Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product implementation strategy for the VMS, identifying key areas of improvement and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to align product development with overall company objectives
• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a roadmap that outlines the product's short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and feature releases. Continuously iterate and refine the roadmap based on feedback, data analysis, and market dynamics
• Feature Definition: Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to translate customer needs into clear and actionable product requirements. Write user stories, create wireframes, and define acceptance criteria to guide the development process
• Agile Development: Work closely with the development team using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Conduct sprint planning, review and prioritize user stories, and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle
• Product Launch and Adoption: Coordinate with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to plan and execute successful product launches. Develop go-to-market strategies, training materials, and documentation to drive product adoption
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product metrics and KPIs related to the customer experience. Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the product's performance and usability
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as executives, sales teams, and customer support, to gather feedback, communicate product updates, and ensure alignment across teams. Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering) or equivalent practical experience
• Proven 10+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager. Experience in the VMS industry would be a big plus
• Strong understanding of real time, cloud and video related software development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform product decisions
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive and self-driven mindset, with a track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
